Our veterinarian is there for us around the clock if we need a c-section. If we have a c-section our Imperial Shih Tzu Mom is always spay because we don't put her life at risk. All of our adult Imperial Shih Tzu are spay and neutered if we don't breed them. We NEVER sell adult Imperial Shih Tzu for any reason. They are adopted to loving pet home only. -
